Dribbling takes a lot of practice. If you could dribble up and down a basketball court without looking
at the ball than you are off to the right start. Here are some exercises:
1. Dribble the ball up the basketball court with your right hand and dribble down the basketball court with your left hand.
2. Dribble in place with your head looking up. This will help your control.
There are many different ways to practice dribbling just start with these and work your way up.
